Waiver Requests
The Superintendent's Waiver is required if you:
Live in South Portland and are seeking attendance in a different public school district.
If you moved out of South Portland and wish to continue attending school in the district.
Please complete and submit the Superintendent's Waiver form. The superintendents of both school districts must be in agreement to approve the waiver request.
