South Portland Middle School’s Heather Altenburg was recently recognized as Administrative Assistant of the Year by the Maine Principals Association.
“Ms. Altenburg is a cornerstone of our school” said Principal Rebecca Stern. “She cares deeply about our diverse student body, our hardworking staff, and about South Portland as a community. She is professional, warm, and smart. I can think of no other person more deserving of this award.”
