SPMS band director Jen Fletcher performed at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Ms. Fletcher told NewsCenter Maine "It's been crazy. It's been a year-and-a-half of preparation, memorizing music, walking the dog around the neighborhood to the parade beats, and finding empty parking lots and practice fields to get some steps in." She was one of just two educators from Maine selected to participate.
