SPMS Tennis cancelled today due to rain
South Portland Middle School (SPMS) is hosting a Community Open House and Dedication on Saturday, October 21 from 1:00-4:00pm with the formal dedication program taking place at 2:15pm.
Join us at 120 Wescott Road for informational sessions, student performances and tours throughout he afternoon!
State testing starting this week! SPMS students will take the Maine Through Year Math assessment next Thursday and Friday. Expect a modified morning schedule. Ensure your child is well-rested, brings a fully charged iPad daily, and eats a nutritious breakfast to prep for the test.
Reminder: No caffeinated items, including powdered drink packets, are permitted at school. Students are requested to discard these items upon identification. Kindly ensure your children do not bring any caffeinated products to school.

Fall Conferences: Fall Family/Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, 11/6 and Wednesday, 11/15. You can choose to attend a conference in person or virtually. We will be sending sign up information very soon, but for now please mark the dates on your calendars:
11/6 2:30-7:15: 7th and 8th grade conferences in person; 5th and 6th grade virtual
11/15 3:00-8:00: 5th and 6th grade conferences in person; 7th and 8th grade virtual.
