The district and school goals that positively impact student performance
The district’s instructional priorities and strategies
Support and honor district governance and decision-making procedures of the Board, Central Office, and building level staff
Not violate management and/or bargaining unit rights and responsibilities
Not carry any conditions that would divert school or district efforts away from the district’s primary mission
Only items of legitimate use in the school program shall be accepted. The Board is under no obligation to replace a gift if it is destroyed, lost, stolen or becomes worn out. Gifts will not be accepted if they involve an excessive cost for maintenance or installation. If installation is required, the gift shall be installed under the supervision of school unit personnel.
